The objective of the activity is to practice and discover the pleasure of dance in an environment open to all. Dance aims to acquire skills and knowledges that are useful for getting to know your body better  and using it to express yourself in a backdrop of a desire for well-being through self-fulfillment. The idea is to develop curiosity towards artistic creation as an actor but also as a spectator.

The dance activity is led by Muriel Vasse, dance instructor and choreographer of Hamadryade' dance company

In this activity, the priority for me is to ensure that the children are energetically active. Throughout different exercises, the children will discover their body with its capabilities but also its weaknesses. I am convinced that this type of activity brings many physical benefits but also many psychological and psychic benefits (stress removal, learning to manage new situations, respect for rules, respect for others and working together…). These are very playful activities in which young people play with ever more pleasure, and the educator too!

"Physical hobbies" activity led by Thomas Lemerle

A garden for young and old, for the curious, for individuals and groups. A garden to garden of course, but organic gardening and to learn how to tinker, to protect nature. A garden also to meet, have fun, inform, relax and dream…

Activities that are entertaining, sensory or artistic. Activities mainly oriented towards direct contact with the environment. Activities that favor the alternation between accompaniment and autonomy as well as between collective and individual time.

Through a collective approach, the garden must allow everyone to find an interest in it, to transmit their knowledge and to learn from others. The diversity that each one of us represents is a privileged place, because it is the seeds that will allow new ideas to germinate on the soil of solidarity.

We meet on Wednesdays to practice mosaic and plastic arts in general (drawing, painting, etc.). We work in small groups in the form of workshops: mosaic cutting, collage, drawing the model, painting the support, etc. We move from one workshop to another according to our affinities and desires. We carry out joint projects: statues, frescoes, mobiles, etc. Or individual: paintings, balls, boxes, mirrors, etc.

The objective is that everyone can enjoy themselves and express their creativity by sharing their talents with others, in complete freedom.
